Pan cook or grill Asian Patties till brown on both sides and firm to the touch. Serve with Cilantro Slaw and rice or over salad.
Roast Jerk Chicken in the oven at 400° for 75 minutes. Serve with coconut rice and peas and plantains.
Grill or pan cook Asian chicken till brown on outside and firm to the touch. Serve with sautéed broccoli and rice or over salad or slice and wrap to go.
